The North East of Scotland, Aberdeenshire is famous for its link to the oil industry, but it is also an under appreciated area of golfing Scotland.

However this is changing with the arrival of Trump International and the playing of the Scottish Open at Royal Aberdeen in 2014 the area has undergone a revival. But they are not the only highlights, the quirky masterpiece of Cruden Bay, is in the list of ultimate golfing experiences. Fraserburgh and Murcar, Peterhead, amongst others makes it a must see destination.

Aberdeen can be easily reached with several direct flights daily and combines well with the rest of the Highlands "The Northern Swing".
